Linda helped us in our relocation from Amsterdam to Valencia. She helped us with finding a rental home, padron, setting up utilities, finding a school for our daughter and so on! I would definitely recommend working with Yes Valencia. They are really proactive and give you the best start in Spain!

The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of.

We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general.

When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc.

A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Linda and Zanda also went above and beyond to provide information for the Visa process, provided contacts for health insurance, tax planning, banking, and introduced us to a network of other expats.

The whole team at YES Valencia - Linda, Zanda, and Janis, are amazing! They helped us find the perfect apartment much faster than we expected. They also handled utility setups, contracts, city hall registration and visa processing quickly and with ease. Their translation skills, knowledge of Valencia, and understanding of everything we would need took loads of stress out of what is inherently a stressful process. Working with Moving To Valencia made our move from the US a breeze. Absolutely the best decision!!! I cannot recommend Linda and Zanda enough. They are just really great people. They helped us with apartment viewings, signing the lease, getting bank accounts set up and finalizing our residency cards. They made the process so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine having done everything with out them. I have spoken with several other expats since our move that did the process on their own and they all say how hard it was. I feel bad telling them how easy it was for us.

These guys are the best ! We stumbled upon their services while trying to navigate our move to Spain...and they took care of the entire process and guided us along the way. A friend recommended Yes Valencia relocation services to us. We were looking for help in 2 specific areas; finding the perfect apartment, and assistance with navigating the Spanish immigration system to secure our residency.

We wanted to find a good landlord and also to make sure the bureaucratic Spanish immigration system didn’t overwhelm us. Our experience with Linda and her team was top notch. Their experience in both of these areas was incredibly comforting. They steered us in the right direction at every turn, and I couldn’t recommend them more. We ended up in an apartment that exceeded our expectations, and secured our residency in a shorter time than we originally thought, principally because Linda came to all the appointments and made sure we brought every single document that was required. Experience really does matter, and our money was very well spent.
